What is in a name?  A reloadable or prepaid card looks like your credit card or debit card.  The difference between a prepaid card and a credit card is that you are limited by money you load on your card.  The big draw to the reloadable and prepaid cards is that, unlike credit cards, there is no interest charged for using these products.
